1. It is not denied by Sri M.K.Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Santosh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was involved in 10 criminal cases since 1995 to 2018 and out of which petitioner was granted acquittal in as many as 5 cases.

1. According to learned counsel for the petitioner in three other criminal cases, no charge-sheet was filed and presently he is facing trial in only two cases.

1. In Case Crime No.172 of 2018, filed under Section 323 I.P.C. and another Case Crime No.C-12/2004 under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., trial is still pending, therefore, petitioner's arms license was cancelled and appeal thereof was also dismissed.

1. Argument of learned counsel for the petitioner is that pendency of two criminal cases cannot be a ground to cancel the arms license and that petitioner was falsely implicated in both the cases.
