1. Sri P. Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel submitted that prayers made in this writ petition are against a private company namely; PNB Metlife India Insurance Company, therefore Court finds that in normal circumstances, writ jurisdiction cannot be entertained, still in the interest of justice, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case any application is filed by the petitioner before the aforesaid Insurance Company, about payment of unpaid salary, same will be considered by the said Insurance Company in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment.
