1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Devesh Vikram, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents, Sri Paras Nath Rai, learned counsel for Union of India and Sri Anurag Yadav, learned counsel for National Highway Authority of India.

1. After an award was passed under the National Highways Act, 1956, the petitioners were to get their compensation. Subsequently, notice was issued to the petitioners on 01.04.2016 to receive the compensation. However, it is not clear from the record as to whether the documents as required by the notice dated 01.04.2016 have been supplied by the petitioners to the Prescribed Authority or not.
