1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.

1. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief:

"i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to decide the representation dated 31.07.2026 pending before the respodnents for illegal restraining the flow of water of Nali in the pond (Pokhara) no. 408 area 0.0930 hectare of village Sarwandih, Post Office - Chaurabojh, Block Mardah, Police Station - Nonahara, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Ghazipur."
