1. Heard Sri A.K. Malviya, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Prabhakar Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for State-Respondents.

1. Petitioners have approached this Court that Case No. 513 of 1976-77, Computerized Case No. D201907320000040 (State vs. Mammu alias Ramdevi), under Section 10(2) of U.P. Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1960, pending before Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Hamirpur, be decided expeditiously.

1. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that not only the aforesaid case but other cases also, if pending, be decided by concerned respondent expeditiously in accordance with law in a chronological manner.
