1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.

1. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief:

"I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 5 to dismantle and remove the non functional abandoned India marka handpipe from the door to the petitioner's bhumidhari land, in light of the official spot inspection and verification report submitted by the Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Madiyahu, District Jaunpur within stipulated period of time as may be determined by this Hon'ble court."
