1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel appearing for the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority.

1. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that when the petitioner received a notice with regard to non payment of installation charges of water connection, he paid the same under protest. Post payment of the installation charge under protest, a representation has been made by the petitioner to the 1.7.2026 stating that, in fact, only one water connection has been given to the petitioner and that the installation charge for the other connection has wrongly been charged.
