Heard Sri Vishesh Rajvanshi, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Shashi Kant, Advocate for Respondents-4 to 7.

The Court does not find any good reason to quash the order dated 12.07.1973, i.e., after more than five decades, therefore, there is no illegality when a belated recall application was rejected by subsequent impugned order dated 15.05.2025.

Learned counsel for petitioner refers the recall application, however, the Court finds that there is no reason to consider the recall application after a huge delay of more than five decades.

However, this order will not come in way if petitioner wants to avail legally permissible any other alternative remedy.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
