1. Pursuant to order dated 03.09.2026 an affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner today in the Court. The same is taken on record.

1. It is stated in paragraph-4 of the aforesaid affidavit that a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- has already been deposited by the petitioner on 16.09.2026 with the respondent no. 4, namely, Union Bank of India.
