1. Sri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent no.4-Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti, Jarar, District Agra has placed the instructions dated 01.09.2026 before the Court, same is taken on record.

1. From perusal of the instructions we are of the prima facie opinion that premises, which was allotted to the petitioner has been used hence the relief as sought for by the petitioner could not be granted.

1. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to grant some time to deposit the money.
