1. Contention of the petitioner is that under the Residential Housing Scheme having 5000 dwelling units were to be allotted on the basis of lottery. The petitioner had applied in pursuance of the advertisement and, thereafter, the draw was done on 10.7.2018.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner further stated that to confirm as to whether he was successful in the draw, he had also applied in the RTI and no reply has yet been sent to him. Thereafter, the petitioner has once again approached the Vice Chairman of the Ghaziabad Development Authority on 11.5.2026.
