Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

The dispute in the present writ petition is with regard to a Chak Marg being present in the middle of the land that has been bought by the petitioner in the year 2024.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that this Chak Marg has existed for the last 15-20 years and the petitioner cannot now seek removal of the this Chak Marg as he himself purchased the property only two years back.

In our view, this matter cannot be settled by way of filing of writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
