Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

There appears to be a divergence of views with regard to the manner in which the death of the petitioner's husband has taken place. Certain documents have not been considered by the authority for passing of the said order.

In light of the same, we quash and set aside the impugned order with a direction upon the authority concerned to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, allow the petitioner to provide documents in support of her case, and thereafter, pass a reasoned order within a period of 12 weeks from date in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
