Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since filing of the instant petition, a fresh order dated 26.02.2026 has been passed which also require to be assailed by the petitioner and in these circumstances, he prays for leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh assailing the subsequent order as well.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid .
