Heard Sri Keshari Nath Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Yogesh Kumar, learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners attained their age of majority and they are living in live-in-relationship and no F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner No.2 as per his knowledge and they have apprehension of threat to their life and liberty.

Put up this case on 27.04.2026 as a fresh.

In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, till the next date of listing, police authorities are directed to protect the petitioners from any threat of their lives and liberty of peaceful living by harassment of anyone/Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 from any threat or act of violence or harassment.

In the meantime, learned A.G.A. will seek instruction.
