Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that against the order cancelling the petitioner's patta under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioner had preferred Writ-C No. 41451 of 2023, and this Court, by means of the order dated 14.12.2023, had stayed the operation of the orders dated 11.08.2023 and 19.06.2023, by which the patta of the petitioner had been cancelled. Subsequently, the petitioner approached respondent no. 4 for making necessary entries in the revenue records in pursuance of the order dated 14.12.2023 passed by this Court.

The contention of the petitioner is that respondent no. 5, by means of the report dated 08.09.2025, has stated that the aforesaid entry cannot be incorporated in the revenue records.

Learned standing counsel is directed to seek instructions in the matter.
