We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State Respondents and Sri Prashant Kumar Singh, Advocate who has taken notice on behalf of the Respondents No. 5 & 6.

This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:-

"(i) issue or pass writ, direction and/or order or orders in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party No. 2 to 3 to take action against opposite party No.7 and culprit officers who is constructing illegal boundary wall in Khasra No. 582 Kha which is reserved for Angerji School the in the interest of natural justice.

(ii) issue or pass writ, direction and/or order or orders in the nature of Mandamus directing to opposite party No. 2 to 3 to dispose off the Application dated 06.12.2025 and 22.12.2025 of the Petitioner within stipulated time which is still pending before them in, which are annexed as annexure No. 1&2 with this writ petition."
