1. The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed challenging the order dated 02.02.2026 passed by the learned Member (Judicial), Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow in Revision No. 173 of 2026, Abdul Hakeem Vs. Mohiuddeen and others, whereby the revision preferred by respondent no.4 has been allowed and the orders passed by the authorities below have been set aside, with the matter being remanded for fresh adjudication.
