The limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is to issue a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Mathura, to decide the proceedings of Appeal No. 183 of 2024, registered as Case No. 0153 of 2024, Computerized Case No. 202454015300000153, Shiv Kumar Singh vs. Mahavir and others), under Section 11 (1) of UPCH Act, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
