Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:-

"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent No.3 to provide to the petitioners the certified copy of the ex-parte order dated 17.12.2014 along with the memo of parties/Patrawali of the objections of the Case No.365 (Tulsi Ram Vs. Jamaluddin and Others), under Section 9-A(2) of U.P.C.H. Act 1953 in reference to Gata No.422 which situated in revenue village Bhiswa, Pargana Nagar, Tehsil and District Basti."
