Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Yatindra, learned counsel for the respondent-BSA and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

The writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 24.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that another Assistant Teacher, namely Narayan Hari, who was also placed under suspension along with the petitioner, approached this Court whereupon it was informed that the suspension order issued against Narayan Hari has been withdrawn by means of a fresh order dated 24.01.2026.

On the aforesaid, learned counsel for the respondent-BSA prays for and is granted a week's time to obtain instructions in the matter.

Put up as fresh on 23.03.2026.
