1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.
Varun Pandey, learned counsel for opposite
parties who has raised a preliminary objection
regarding entertain-ability of this petition
before this Court in view of the fact that
petitioner has an alternative and equally
efficacious remedy of approaching the Central
Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow.

2. In view of such a preliminary objection being
raised, learned counsel for petitioner on the
basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this
petition with liberty to approach the Central
Administrative Tribunal.

3. In view of aforesaid, petition is dismissed as
withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to
approach the Central Administrative Tribunal with
regard to his grievance.
