The captioned writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia praying therein for the following reliefs:-

"(a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Opposite Party to count the entire period of service of the Petitioner since the time of their initial appointment as substantive and regular services for the purpose of service benefits, such as the annual increments, salary in the revised scale of pay as received from 01.01.1996 and 01.01.2006, monthly pension and other admissible service benefits and may further be pleased to direct the Opposite to fix the Petitioner salary in the revision scale of pay as revised scale of pay as revised from time to time after adding the annual increments from the date of their initial joining pursuant to his appointment in 18.03.1995 and to pay to the

Petitioner arrears of the salary accordingly in terms of Judgment and order dated 13.01.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Court in WRIT A no. 1294 of 2015 (Ram Autar and 12 Others versus State of U.P. and Others).

(b) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to decide the representation dated 26.02.2026 preferred by the Petitioner in light of Judgment and order dated 13.01.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Court in WRIT - A no. 1294 of 2015 (Ram Autar and 12 Others versus State of U.P. and Others).

(c) To award the cost of the Petition in favour of the Petitioner.

(d) To issue any order writ, order or direction in the nature and manner which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited attention of this Court towards judgment and order dated 13.01.2026 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-A No.1294 of 2015; Ram Autar and 12 others vs. State of U.P. & others and submits that petitioner's case is identical to that of the petitioners of Writ-A No.1294 of 2015 and prays that petitioner's writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 13.01.2026 passed in Writ-A No.1294 of 2015.

Shri Vijay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for Respondents No.2 and 3 concedes to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Addl. C.S.C. is also in agreement with the submission made by Sri Vijay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for Respondents No. 2 and 3.

is consensus at the Bar that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 13.01.2026 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-A No.1294 of 2015, accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 13.01.2026 passed in Writ-A No.1294 of 2015; Ram Autar and 12 others vs. State of U.P. and others.
