Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner prays for the following main reliefs:—

"(i) A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing appointment of the Opposite Party No.10 (Vandana Sahu) posted as Anganvadi Sahayika at Anganwadi Kendra, Acharaura Shahpur 2ND Bhat Purwa Vikas Khand Jamnaha District -Shrawasti, in the interest of justice.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the Nature of Mandamus commanding to the Opposite Party No.3 (District Magistrate, District - Shrawasti) for disposal of the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.02.2026 pending before the District Magistrate, District-Shrawasti, in the interest of justice"

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation raising his grievances before respondent no. 5, with a direction to decide the same within a stipulated period.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation before respondent no. 5 within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a representation is submitted, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent no.5 within a further period of six weeks, by means of a reasoned and speaking order,
