At the very outset, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted, wherein the following reliefs have been observed as under:

"(i) issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to not take any coercive action pursuant to notice

dated-4.12.2025 issued by Respondent No.3.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner to join to the post of Constable 26th Battalion P.A.C. Gorakhpur.

(iii) issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to decide the representation/letter dated 22.12.2025 within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court.

(iv) issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

(v) award the cost of the writ petition to the petitioner."
