Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Committee of Management of the concerned institution as opposite party no. 5 in the array of opposite parties during the course of the day.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the family pension for which the petitioner is entitled for, has not been paid as yet. He submitted that the letter has been written by the District Basic Education Officer and in furtherance thereof, the documents have been furnished to the office of the District Basic Education Officer.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the District Basic Education Officer submits that Annexure No. 10 i.e. the letter dated 11-03-2025 written by the petitioner, is apparent that the papers were submitted to the Committee of Management, but, those papers have not been furnished to the office of the District Basic Education Officer. He submitted that the petitioner is entitled for family pension, but, unless the papers with respect to the payment of family pension are given to the District Basic Education Officer by the Committee of Management, no decision could be taken.

Let notice be issued to the Committee of Management by both ways.
