Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh Kachhawah, learned counsel for respondent-BSA.

This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct respondent No.4 to refix the salary of the petitioner granting benefit of order dated 20.11.2025, passed by respondent No.3 and further prayer has been made to release the arrears of salary in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

On the basis of instructions, counsel for respondent-BSA submits that the orders for refixing the salary and for payment has already been passed by respondent No.4; the payment is pending at the end of respondent No.5.

In view of the above, respondent No.5-Finance and Account Officer, Basic Education, Etah is directed to release the payment in favour of the petitioner by the next date.

Put up on 27th March, 2026, as fresh.

In case of non-compliance of this order, respondent No.5 shall remain present before this Court on the next date fixed.
