Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief(s):-

"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party no. 3 to consider and grant the second promotional scale rupees 800013500 to the Petitioner w.e.f. from 01.05.2000 when he had completed 24 years services in the light of government order dated 24.07.2018 and 29.10.2018 whereby the collection Ameen who has completed 24 years of his services till 16.08.2003 and after that 30.11.2008 respectively has been given second promotional pay scale rupees 8000-13500 and also consider for third A.C.P. on completion of 26 years' service as per the 6^th pay commission and re-fixed/pay all retiral dues accordingly as direction given in G.O. no. 213/1-7-2016- रा०-7 dated 24.07.2018 and also in the compliance of the Hon'ble High Court's order dated 07.11.2019 passed in Writ No. 30575(SS)/2019 in the interest of justice."
