Jhabbu vs State of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Forest Deptt. Lko. and Another

Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for grant of minimum pay scale of Rs.18,000/- admissible to the petitioner on Class IV post, in view of Government Order dated 24.09.2024.

With regard to the aforesaid grievance, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 06.02.2026 (Annexure No.2 to the writ petition).

At present, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to a final decision with regard to the same.

Considering the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, the opposite party No. 2, Divisional Forest Officer, Dudhwa Tiger Reserve, Buffer Zone, North Kheri, Lakhimpur Kheri is directed to decide the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2026 expeditiously, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon him, keeping in mind the Government Order dated 24.09.2024, in case the same is applicable. The petitioner shall annex a copy of the representation dated 06.02.2026 along with the certified copy of this order.
