Petition has been filed challenging order dated 09.02.2026 cancelling petitioner's appointment on the post of Anganwadi Worker in Village Naamdaarpur, Pargana Jagdishpur, Tehsil Musafirkhana, District Amethi.

It has been submitted that in pursuance of advertisement dated 26.09.2024, petitioner applied for the same and was selected on 11.03.2025. It is submitted that at the time of advertisement as well as applying for appointment, petitioner was unmarried and subsequently got married on 02.03.2025. It is submitted that in pursuance of her selection petitioner joined on the said post wherafter in view of her changed marital status, the Domicile Certificate was cancelled vide order dated 28.10.2025 which was challenged by petitioner in appeal which is still pending consideration. It is submitted that it is the inherent and fundamental right of petitioner to have a family and subsequent happening of petitioner's marriage would not have any retrospective effect at the time of issuance of advertisement and application filed by petitioner for appointment in pursuance thereof since rights of petitioner stood crystallized as on the date of such application. It is submitted that even during subsequent

inspections, petitioner has always been found present and working at the center concerned.
