Sri D.R. Chaudhary, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Sanjay Prakash Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that unfortunate incident alleged to have taken place in the premises of the respondents in respect of which enquiry was initiated and by order dated 17.1.2026 petitioner was granted opportunity till 20.1.2026 to file his response to the enquiry proceedings. Learned Senior Counsel further submits that in the meantime on 17.1.2026 services of the petitioner has been dispensed with by the Commissioner which is grossly illegal.
