Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties.

Learned counsel for petitioner is granted liberty to implead the Senior Superintendent of Police of the district concerned as opposite party no.4 during course of the day. Learned State Counsel has accepted notices on behalf of newly impleaded opposite party.
