Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent, Mrs. Meena Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Shesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2&3 and perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed inter-alia for the following reliefs:-

"A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the application / representation dated 10.07.2026 made by the manager of the petitioner's committee (Annexure no.1 to this writ petition) by the way of application / representation dated 10.07.2026 petitioner is seeking to nominate subject expert for selection on three post of assistant teacher of subject Sahitya, Vyakaran and Adhunik Subject (Social Science) within a stipulated period granted by this Hon'ble Court.

B. Issue a writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, at the bar, that a direction may be issued to the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's application in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case but without expressing

any opinion on the merits of the case set up on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, i.e. Vice Chancellor Sampurnanand Vishwavidyalaya Varanasi, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2026, in accordance with law, after verifying all the relevant documents, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
