1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ashish Kumar (Nagvanshi), learned Advocate holding brief of Mr. Shashi Prakash Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 to 5 as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State.

1. The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:

"1. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to pay the salary of Headmaster alongwith arrears to the petitioner, as she has performing the duty on the post of Headmaster forthwith. 2. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation dated 13.07.2026 of the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 15.05.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ-A No. 18228 of 2022 (Tripurari Dubey and another Vs. State of U.P. and 4 others) within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
