Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to provide pension and pensionary benefits by including services rendered as Seasonal Collection Peon prior to their regularization in the light of judgment and order dated 07.05.2024 passed in Civil Appeal No. 6118 of 2024 by Supreme Court in Anand Prakash Mani Tripathi v. State of U.P. and others , judgment and order dated 15.03.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 7620 of 2023, Jag Prasad Chaubey v. State of U.P. and others as well as judgment and order dated 04.11.2025 passed by this Court in bunch of writ petitions leading Writ-A No. 731 of 2024, Jai Ram Sharma v. State of U.P. and others . Further prayer for grant of consequential benefits has also been sought.

Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representations before opposite party no.1 i.e. State of U.P. through the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Civil Secretariat, U.P., Lucknow - or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same, in light of the aforesaid judgments, in case same are applicable, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order.
