1. Mr. Ishan Mishra, learned advocate appears for petitioner and submits, his client is a stage carriage operator. Time table over operation was objected to by other operators. His client suggested alternative time table to respondent no.2 (the transport authority). On receipt of his client's suggestion, said authority obtained views of other concerned local authorities. Upon consultation, the views were submitted to said respondent. Yet, application dated 16th July, 2025 for issuance of the time table as suggested, is still pending with said respondent. He seeks direction.
