Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Sanskriti Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 5, Mr. P. K. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 5.

Instant petition has been filed seeking following main reliefs:-

"(i) writ of mandamus commanding the opposite parties No. 2 and 3 may be directed to take decision in the pending matter of compassionate appointment of petitioner in pursuance of G.O. dated 29/04/2025 within time framed period.

(ii) writ of mandamus commanding the opposite parties No. 2 and 3 may be directed to take decision on the representation dated 31/07/2017 and 08/09/2017 (Annexure No. 2 and 3) within reasonable time framed period."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to give liberty to the petitioner to move fresh representation before the respondent no.2 within fifteen days and direct the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the same in accordance with law, within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.

Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection to the submission aforesaid.
