Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Deep Shikha, learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

Instant petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-

"i. a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite party no.2 to provide bonus from the year 2020-2021 to 2024-2025.

ii. a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to give benefits of A.C.P. to the petitioner and revised his salary accordingly, from the date the same became due i.e. from July 2024.

iii. a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 for the payment of annual increment to the petitioner and revised his salary from the date the same became due i.e. from July 2024.

iv. a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to provide the salary of petitioner from 01.04.2025 to 04.06.2025 for which period petitioner could not appear at the office due to medical reason."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to give liberty to the petitioner to move fresh representation before the respondent no.2 within fifteen days and direct the respondent no.2 to

consider and decide the same in accordance with law, within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.

Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection to the submission aforesaid.

Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to move fresh representation before the respondent no.2/Superintendent of Police, Crime Investigation Department (Cooperative), Government of Uttar Pradesh Rail Vihar Colony Road, Vikalp Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow within fifteen days and in case such representation is moved, the respondent no.2 is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law, within further period of six weeks.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of .
