Matter has been taken up in revised list. Though learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel are present, but Sri Azad Rai is not present.

Contention of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner happens to be a Gram Rozgar Sewak. However, on 08.07.2021, an order came to be passed by District Programme Officer/ District Magistrate, Prayagraj, whereby noticing various irregularities, it was opined that suitable action be taken and according to the writ petitioner without putting to notice, the writ petitioner on 17.02.2025, Block Development Officer, Koraon, Prayagraj on the basis of the resolution of the Gaon Sabha dated 09.06.2025 dispensed with the services.
