Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that plot No.455 is recorded as abadi which is mentioned in the khatuani annexed as Annexure No.3 to the instant petition and authorities be directed to take steps for removal of encroachment from plot no.455.

Put up this matter as fresh on 23.3.2026 showing the name of Mr. Akshay Upadhyay as learned counsel for respondent No.6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall address the court on the next date that as to how public interest litigation can be entertained in respect to the plot in question, which is recorded as abadi in the khatauni.
