1. Shri Bharat Singh, Learned counsel for the informant has pointed out that the applicant has a criminal history of one case being Case Crime No.141/2026 in which the wife of the applicant had applied for anticipatory bail before this Court. The applicant has not disclosed this fact in affidavit filed before this Court and a declaration has been made that the applicant has no other criminal history.

1. On being confronted with this fact, learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with the liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application after disclosing the complete criminal antecedents of the applicant, as required under Chapter XVIII, Rule 18(7) of the Rules of the Court.
