Heard Sri Bijay Singh Sachan, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manoj Gautam, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 44 of 2025, under Sections 351(3), 352, 115(2), 110 B.N.S., Police Station Reuna, District Kanpur Nagar with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the applicant has been served with a notice under Section 35(3) BNSS, however, the police are extending threats to the applicant to arrest him.

On the hand, hand learned AGA submits that since notice under Section 35(2) BNSS has been served on the applicant, he is having no apprehension of arrest.

List this case on 30.3.2026 as fresh in the top 20 cases.

In the meantime, learned AGA is directed to obtain updated instructions.
