Heard Shri Pankaj Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Mohit Gautam, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application has been filed for the following prayer :-

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to release the applicant on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest in Case Crime No.278 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) 2023, & Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Madihan, District Mirzapur, and or to pass such other and further order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, to secure the ends of justice."

At the very outset, learned AGA submits that this case has been wrongly listed as the applicant has sought anticipatory bail for offence under Section 80(2) BNS and the roster w.e.f. 05.01.2026, this Court is having no jurisdiction regarding the anticipatory bail for the aforesaid section.

In view of the above, the Office is directed to verify the same and list it before the appropriate Bench on 12.01.2026 as fresh.
