It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur on 10.11.2023,however, the same was cancelled on 08.09.2025 by the learned Sessions Judge on the application of the first informant.

Learned counsel for the first informant as well as learned AGA are requested to assist the Court, whether the present application is maintainable under Section 482 BNSS.
