The present application under Section 529 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi to decide the case No. 2421 of 2024, arising out of case crime No. 390 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 148, 149, 452, 447, 506, 511, I.P.C., Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi within stipulated period.
