The present application under Section 529 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (Anti Corruption Act), Court No.2, Gorakhpur to decide the Session Trial No.517 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No.22 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 30 of Arms Act, Police Station Jhangaha, District Gorakhpur, within stipulated period.
