The present application under Section 529 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Jaunpur to decide Session Trial No. 283 of 2021, arising out of case crime No. 89 of 2020, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 308, 427, 452, 504, 506, I.P.C., Police Station Badlapur, District Jaunpur within stipulated period.
