The present application under Section 529 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonbhadra to decide the discharge application dated 16.12.2025, which is pending in Criminal Case No. 7586 of 2024, arising out of case crime No. 269 of 2023, under Section 3, 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, Police Station Chopan, District Sonbhadra within stipulated period.
