Heard Sri Aman Arya, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhishek Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused material on record.

The present application under Section 529 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No. 2/ Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhadohi at Gyanpur to decide the Complaint Case No. 2007 of 2020 under Sections 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Suriyavan, District Bhadohi within stipulated period.

Considering the fact that the complaint case has remained pending since 2020, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
