Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No.1196 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 323 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate III, Jaunpur within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
